Montana Wetland Exchange
The State of Montana has several wetland mitigation bank sites managed by the principals of Dakota Wetland Partners. These bank sites can provide offsets to wetland conversions under the Food Security Act (Swampbuster) and Clean Water Act (Section 404) as well as impacts to streams and rivers.
